egg unidentified organism nematodes

Hey I just recieved this 50 liters bag of biocanna terra plus, it had some fungus gnats in it, i have treated with beneficial nematodes which usually works. But thats when i found this "egg" kind of thing lying in the surface of the soil, the soil is currently in two 25 liters containers...
