convert thc to cbn

Hi, first time post long time grower. i was wondering if anyone has ever purposely degraded their bud? As we know, THC degrades into CBN which is a powerful sedative and I really want a jar of sedation smoke lol!!! Plus im an anxiety freak and some times i just want to smoke and not feel that...

How can I reduce the potency of white widow, high THC strain to CBN? Can't handle the high THC but have a bunch of it I don't want to waste. Read that you can expose to air/sun? How long? How do you know it worked? Thanks--
