bulbs

Looking to buy new bulbs. I have 2 600w sun system 2 mh/hps (has switch for both) lights with internal ballasts Should I use blue hps or mh bulbs in veg And would I just switch to red bulbs when it's time to switch to flower. Thank you for any info

Anyone used and had success using these? A friend just gave these to me and Im wondering if I can use them for a new veg room, or possibly for veg and flower? anyone know what it do? :blsmoke:
