Hey, im a licensed tier one grower in the state of Oregon. Currently shifting gears to a hemp project 3 hours east of me. Heres what I'm doing now

1st question: can anyone identify the problem? 2nd: should i wait to flip to 12/12 or just go for it? This is my 8th grow but my first in 8 years I have never had these kind of problems and I'm having a hard time figuring it out everything I researched seems like possibly manganese deficiency...
