zipper leak

So I can see light though my zipper in my poly wall between my veg and flower room. I seem to be flowering well, however, everyone talks about any light will at least lengthening the flowering time and I don't want that. It like a faint blue line where the zipper is. I hung a another piece of ploy on the back side of the zipper but you can still tell that the light is on. There are picture on my journal page and the appear to be developing appropriately.

if its not brighter then a full moon an a clear nite then its ok, every ones seems to not understand marijauna grows wild and flowers just fine when the moon is bright but no light would be best . but again nothin brighter then the moon

That's why I don't like using a zipper. Personally I just use 2 overlapping sheets. You could actually just tape a sheet on the outside that covers the zipper.

Thanks to both of you. I thought every was fine but I'll try hanging a sheet or something over the front.

yep tape a sheet over the zippers. i run 2 zippers on my room so i was going to do that BUT since my basement gets no other use but growing and all the light sockets down there have green lights i didn't worry about it. my veg/clone/mom area is a grow tent with flaps over the zippers.
