Zinc deficiency?

Hello, this is my first grow and I have the following issue.
The weird yellow leaves are actually tops of two main colas bent under scrog screen, so the yellowing is starting from the top and new shoots:

Organic indoor grow under 400W HPS.
Just finished 1st week flowering @ 12/12 (almost 40 days total).
Medium is Biobizz All-Mix/Perlite, 60/40 and it's in smart pots.
Been watering every 2 days, while feeding every 2nd watering (every 4 days). PH levels of water are around 6.8.

I had no problems so far until I switched to HPS and flowering.
I did have that 400W HPS almost touching those leaves, for the most part, since the temperature was under control, and so at first I suspected a light burn. However, after watching a lot of pictures on the Internet, it kinda looks like Zinc deficiency. I have also found advice that suggested nutrient lockout due to improper pH, but I don't know how that could be the case here since I mind my pH and it's organic grow anyway.

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue? Thanks! :)

Add kelp to your nutrient, What ever that may be, since you never told us.
Also I would have flushed once I changed composition of my nutrient, and whenever you switch growth phase. ie seedling/ veg/ late veg/ transition/ early bloom/ mid bloom/ late bloom/ pre harvest.

Thx. Nutrients are organic bat GuanoKalong Grow/Bloom/Extract + Powder for soil (powder added just once at the beginning of entire grow). The Extract thingy should have Zinc in it (says Zn=20 on label) and I regularly fed it to plants (10ml/l), as per official feeding schedule, so I am kinda baffled by this... I can't flush due to my setup, but I can just water it for a week or so without nutrients?

I am not sure, but I am guessing the organic soil I am using has microbes, as well as the organic GuanoKalong Extract thing. What exactly did you have in mind?

BioBizz All-Mix Soil
Be the first to review this product
SKU# G159
Bio-Bizz All-Mix is unlike anything you would find in a garden centre. It contains an effective blend of soil (20%), compost (35%), worm castings (10%) and Perlite (30%) as well as a special 'pre-mix' (5%) of biologically active organic ingredients that have been fermented for a month to create a potent mixture. We recommend using Bio-Bizz All-Mix during growth and flowering, ideally in conjunction with Bio-Bizz Nutrients for best results.
All Mix is suitable for all stages of plant life and can be purchased in two different sized bags; 20 Litres and 50 Litres. Bio-Bizz also produces a 'Light Mix' that has been specifically formulated for seedlings and cuttings. This is available in a 20 Litre bag. Both grades of Bio-Bizz soil are 100% organic.

I retract what I said about flushing. In your soil it's not a good idea, it's going to drown the roots.
With that being said, are you watering to often? Is the soil drying out some in between watering/feeding?

I was watering with 1 liter per plant in 3 gallon (11 litre) smart pot every two days because the soil went completely dry in two days and that worked alright.
Few days before flowering, when plants got quite big, I increased that to 1,5 litre per plant. With 1 l I barely had any runoff.
Also, I checked the soil after I increased watering and it seemed almost completely dry in two days and just barely moist. My guess is that so much perlite requires more frequent watering...but I might be wrong of course.

Look into brewing some AACT and watering that in at a 5:1 (water:tea) on the water days. On the feed days Use the same method of Brewing AACT, just formulate it for bloom. Add the organic powders to the tea and let the microbes feed, multiply, and turn that unavailable element into something immediately available.

Well yes and no. Plants in flower consume more water than does a plant in veg. But it's always a good idea to let them dry out some, never totally dry but more like slightly damp, and I mean slightly.

And since the ratios that I found of the All-Mix is different from yours, I can attribute additions of perlite from you, and in that case then, base off you, I would water more frequently and get 15% runoff each time.

Yeah, I actually added extra perlite to the mix. Seemed like a good idea at the time. :)
Oh, and even with 1,5 l per plant, I get less then 15% runoff for sure (all runoff accumulates on one side of a grow tent (evaporates quickly) so I can clearly see how much water ran off.

OK, thx. I was actually planning on making a tea with this powder (link) in a week or so. Would that do or do I need to brew something else instead?
Here is the values from the link. I would increase them accordingly as>>>>>> such.
N=1%>>>>>>>>>>>>> 4%
P=10%--------------------- I would actually lower this to around 7%
K=1%>>>>>>>>>>>>>10%
Ca=15%------------------- This too I would lower to around 7%
Mg=0.08%>>>>>>>>> 2%
