your opinion on what light I should use....

Ok well I just bought a 32x32x63 tent. Now I just need the light. I was thinking of scrogging 1 nice plant or growing a few small plants 12/12 from seed. I was wanting your opinions on light I should get. So would a 300 watt LED be enough light, how many plants would a 300 watt LED cover? Should I get a 400 watt mh/hps light? If so what reflector would be best? I have seen just the wing reflector that comes with the light setup. I have seen cool tubes and air cooled hoods. Which one would be a better fit for my size tent? So if you wanted to scrog 1 nice plant or grow 4 small plants 12/12 from seed. What would you buy?

Imo, I would go mh/hps. I just think they are a better light option vs led. Definitely go with some sort of air cooled hood in a small tent like that.

They are essentially the same thing. Cool tubes are cheaper, thats really the only advantage they have (besides vertical applications) and imo don't put off as good of a light foot print as most of the other air cooled hoods.

Thank you for the replies. I will go with the air cooled hood. Its more of a square hood. I think it would cover the tent better.

Yea it definitely will better than a cool tube. What reflector did you decide on?

It will be the square air cooled hood. With the 400 watt mh/hps light.

Yea they make a lot of square air cooled hoods, do you know which exact one you are going with yet? Some are better than others is the reason I ask
