The majority of thinking Americans are sick too fucking death of your shit & if you think your going to pull this shit now by fast tracking a nominee after blocking Garland for 10 months when Obama was POTUS using the excuse that the American public need to decide before the election, fuck you.

I saw your post on the “lightning” thing so I opened before I realized it was “politics,” which I have vowed to stay out of due to the toxicity.

Now that I read your post, I feel compelled to respond. I would love for Trump to lose this election because I believe he is a dictator in the making. Also, in terms of total population, I agree that Trump is unpopular.

However, based on Trump’s electoral college advantage, this Supreme Court fiasco will galvanize his base in swing states. A battle of this type may very well put him over the top.

I live out in the sticks in a “liberal” state and the love and devotion to this twisted excuse for a human being is through the roof. QAnon is basically on the same footing as Christianity in the booneys.

All I am saying is, go out and vote against this asshole, do not be complacent because he has a very good shot at winning.

Now I will just sit back as you and other libs attack me and call me Mrs. Cuntstein, as usual, while the RIU admins cheer you on. You’re just killing the messenger but whatever.

I live in a very conservative town in Connecticut where during the last presidential election I was fucking surrounded by Trump signs.
Just today I pulled out of my driveway & the house across the street which was a Trump/Conservative/die hard Republican supporter had a Biden/Harris sign, along with every Republican on our town ticket on his front lawn.
I say's too myself what the fuck is up with that, how can he vote Republican for the majority of his candidates & still support Biden?
It's because everyone with a semblance of a fucking brain know's Trump is a monstrosity.
Trump is fucking finished, he'll never be re-elected.

The people who will vote for Trump for stuffing yet another judge down our throats were already going to vote for him anyways. Once people thing a political party is 'pro-killing babies' there is not really anything that is going to change their minds.

For the people that all they want is Trump's judges, who else is he going to fill in the next 4 years? What more can they get from Trump and his trolls in cabinet positions? I don't think this is really going to change anything outside of court decisions for the next couple decades. Just like the 2010 census set the Republicans up for the last decade to get to this point, the next 20 are pretty much already set too for them to get away with much more than they should be able to.

If I may enter my opinion: it's unclear. Trump's base is already energized in those border states.the results of the election in those states will depend on how the people in the middle vote. I'm kind of inclined to think that this will push the needle toward Biden. It seems clear to me that giving the Republicans this pick will end legal abortions. I suspect that most of the people who strongly support doing that are already in the Trump column.

His base was already galvanized, they'll stick with him, no matter what, even 2nd degree murder, that's how morally corrupt they are. He's losing in swing states and in some he won. There's a distinct difference between candidates this time. He'll lose, but we mustn't be complacent. Vote Biden and encourage others to do likewise.
