potpimp Sector 5 Moderator Sep 28, 2011 #2 I've always collected rain water and never pH'ed it. Don't get me wrong, I have pH down and up and nice meters and calibration packets but rainwater typically is acidic.

bigjesse1922 Well-Known Member Sep 28, 2011 #3 I use dolomite lime in my soil @ 1 TBLS/GAL. Wouldn't worry me at all. Then again, if I was using a hot soil like MG or something, I might ph it up...
