It felt like my neon butane weighed quit a bit less than the whip it butane, so I weighed them out, and there's about a 20 gram difference!! Seems a bit odd to me.

I'm not sure exactly. All I know is they are both brand new bottles. I guess maybe the can itself weighs more? and hopefully it still has the same amount of butane which is supposed to be 300ml.
 
Different can,possibly different seals ect... Hard to say without taking samples and sending them off to the lab.
 
you would have to empty them and measure them.

Packaging alone may be enough for that error.

Besides... Neon for something you are putting in your lungs? Use that shit to fill the torch, get good 'tane

I've found empty cans in cases, suggesting that they leaked or weren't filled.
