Yoga post bongloads

I get the best out of doing yoga after bongloads. My breathing technique is never better and I never feel as fully stretched as I do when I'm high. Does this happen with anyone else?

I love puff puff yoga. After I saw what it does for Sting Ive been doing it almost daily. Its does seem easier to relax and stretch it out after a good rip. A major benefit for me is how yoga stretches the mind as well as the body. Im 51 and in the best shape of my life. Its helped my arthritis and helped make me a better singer by strengthening my diaphram and being able to control my breathing

I'm no singer but I do feel so much better after, someone once mentioned your body is able to absorb more oxygen after smoking. Now that seems kind of hokey to me but it does feel that way. All I know is Iget the most out of my experience after toking.

I haven't experienced "hot" yoga yet, any added benefits?
The heat can make feel ultra relaxed and is supposed to make your muscles more pliable while in there. The sweatfest does feel good whether it gets rid of toxins or not I can't say. I think it helps my skin and sinuses. It may take a couple times in the hot room to acclimate but after a few sessions you will find yourself using the air conditioning a whole lot less in summer. I like regular too.

Thanks, I've always been curious. I will try it out!
