Yield Per Square Foot, Mars/Viparspectra/CREE Cobs

the question you ask is literally way too broad as there are a dozen plus factors, including just the following concerning lights alone:

wattage applied per square foot
height at which its hung
spectrum
optics
open space vs reflective walls
etc.

you will get about two dozen different answers from different people running different strains in different environments, none of which are relatable to each other

if you want to see some metrics about how garden yield is typically measured, check out some of growmau5 recent videos on youtube. he goes beyond grams/ watt to grams per kWh consumed over the grow, and also provides gpw and g/SF metrics as well

you can yield the same amount per square foot with any of the lights you listed, as well as with HPS,CMH, T5, CFL, etc, but for the more inefficient lights you would be using up to twice the wattage to get the same results

i got 10 oz of super lemon haze from a scrog with 1 viparspectra 1200 in a 5x5 tent and 4x4 flood table using ebb and flow. I love my viparspectras. Having said that, I moved all 6 of my viparspectras to the veg room and went with 4 gavitas for bloom

i didnt even mention efficiency! lots of factors

Meh......the only real factors that matter are when you smoke it.
Efficiency can be over-rated. It's an added extra, not a must-have. Growing tasty buds are where it's at....then you can go chasing figures/statistics after that.
