hmm, 4x4 with 16 plants compared to the 3x3 with 9. The outer plants may not get as much light, but they will still produce.

i guess about the same either theres less and there spread or theres more and there tight

sounds like me but mines a 6 and a 4 with 13 plants. this grow with be more compact with 15 plants i hope

yes, imo it would yield more. More plants, more weed. The buds on the outer periphery probably won't be as dense and heavy as the center ones, but they will still produce. How much more I don't know, but by sheer number of plants it will be more.

i am also doing a sog 18 girls 3x 600w hps in a 8x4 any rough figues wot my yeild will be ?
