yet another stupid question :)

Hello I have the opportunity to purchase three sets of leds estimated at 20w with driver for crap money. each of which is expected to produce 1,600 lumens of brightness and their color is 4000k. what do you think will they be enought light source to grow one plant till the end? i am not talking about a monster one just small healthy one :]

Should be able to. Youll have an ok color temp and lumen output to do a little grow. And shouldnt make too much heat for ya.
