Yet another $500 fine

So long sorry short had my car on the side of my ex wife's house where I was working on it we broke up she threatened to have me arressted if I tried to pick it up now I get a letter in the mail for a abandoned vehicle on the street (I guess she pushed it out on the road) went to check on it must of got towed can I fight this?

If it was your car, you had every legal right to pick it up.......fight it on what grounds???????? Pay the fine, be done with it.

I remember trying to fight a BS towing issue when I was in the Army. Nobody gives a shit when there is money owed. It's a shit sammich, take a bite....and stay the hell away from your ex!!

How much is the car worth?
How much is the fine, tow, and impound charge?

If it's not worth it walk away.
Only you know if it's worth it or not.

Should have gotten the car unless it was in her name (i fucked up and did that before) but we are past that. Like mentioned above pay the fine and get your property btw you still could have gotten it even if it was on her property, but if its gonna take too much money just buy another car.

The car was worth a decent amount of money but I was told she totalled it as well (smashed the windshield and windows slashed the tires smashed up the body) but I haven't see it I don't plan on getting the car back I would like to avoid paying $500 for something I didn't do she and whoever pushed it onto public property especially since I ow the city $1500 before this that I plan on paying when I get my taxes I have so much debt I honestly can't afford more b.s like this

I understand that that's why I am paying all my fines off i have just as much in about 4 other city's car is in the impound so I'm just signing off on it just trying to figure out weather the judge will see its a revenge tatic or if i should just plead guilty and eat another $500
