yellowish brown spots on leaves

OK im growing 4 plants at the moment one plant became very stretched because it was very far away from the light so i moved the light down close to the plants and i started noticeing yellowish brown spots on the leaves and the leave felt almost flakey is this caused by the cfl's heat and the plant being so close to the light?

also what kinda of nutirents should i be giveing that plant and how do i deliver them?

well it sounds like you def might have given you plants some sun burn basicaly with the light tho it can happen if its to close to the plants you should def try n not keep it to close to the plant

if its not too hot for your hand, then youre ok with the lights, get a thermometer and check the temp

however if its yellowish brown holes, look at the ph/ppm of your water.
