Yellowing

Has this plant started yellowing i have not changed a thing and the others is ok its 15 days old just looks like the bottom leaves are yellow and it doesn't seem to be growing much compared to others its about half the size

Is that coco? If so you need to feed the plant nutrients.

Yea its coco and they have only had water i was going to feed them at 4 weeks best start making plans to feed them next water how much should i give them the ratio on the bottle is 1 part feed 3 parts water

Starting at 1/4-1/3 of manufacturers recommendations for little seedlings is a wise idea. You can always increase the amount if your plants need it, but you can't take excess nutrients back out of the medium.

So 1 part feed to 9 parts water sound ok or a bit less water

Since I don't know what nutrients you're using, it's all a gamble, but it's the approximate ratio I use for seedlings, yes.
