Yellowing Tips and Dead Brown Spots

I am 2 weeks into flowering and having persistent problems. I use NEEM as a fungicide/insecticide. I water my plant, once every 2 days. I've been in a constant battle with spider mites, but I don't think that's what my problem is. I'm thinking it's a nitrogen deficiency, but I want another opinion. Other than that; my plant is seemingly healthy

It's not nitrogen. Do you know your pH?

Could also be result of too much nutes. I use an organic nute, but if i use too much, I get the yellow/brown tips, and brown sections through the leaves that are dry and brittle. This shows in almost all the leaves when I use too much. I can't tell from pic if yellow tips are on all your leaves?
