Yellowing of leaves and droopiness

Before you tell me to go read that plant problems page, I already did that. But these symptoms could be anything. I have a good idea of what I think the problem is but i want it confirmed before I change anything...

So ill post the pictures and hopefully it will be obvious to an expert. I have yellowing leaves and droopiness.
 
your buds are taking the nuts from the leaves as you dont have that big of a pot man and the soil is not giving enough nuts to the plant nice grow feed
 
How long have you been flowering?

The yellowing is lack of N and your plants and looks just like they should in flowering. They look to be around 4 weeks in or so. The drooping looks to me like a lack of water. Do you think that is possible?

What nutes are being given?

What is your ph of your soil?

How long have they been droopy?
 
I usually do hydro so the lack of water is a new one to me. I just watered with the same solution as last time. I have a bucket of rain water with apx 750ppm of grow big + 250 ppm big bloom + 250 tiger bloom + 250 cha ching.... i forgot the exact meaurements but thats close to what i have in the water... its 1500ppm totaly and is the left over nutrient solution from my last watering...

It did seem extremely dry and the water is probably the problem....but its watered now and hopefully it will pull out of it.... also they are about 1-3 weeks into flowering... my schedule got messed up because i had inspections last week and i had to put them in a closet whenever i got a knock on the door..... so there might be some stress due to that but they looked pretty good once i put them back in the room

EDIT: i have noticed a very mild yellowing of the leaves for a week now.. and the droopiness was from this morning.. i hadnt noticed any droopiness prior to today... i dont know the PH of the soil .. and im using all foxfarm products .. soil and nutes
 
I dont ph anything..... i got a pH meter but it gives me a different reading all the time so ive just adapted to not using it... ill get it ready and ph the nutrient water tonight... and then check the pH run off in a few days....
 
Well I do not think PH is the issue or you would see more symtoms than just yellowing. Being that you are 1-3 weeks into flowreing I think you should supply a little N to them. Maybe 1/4 strangth or so. They do look a bit yellow for the flowering age. You will usualy see this closer to 4-6 weeks.

I would say the droopy leaf prob was underwatering. IMO grow bags seem to dry out a bit faster than containers due. I think it is due to the thin walls of the bag.

Maybe try not to let it dry out quit as much from now on. Your buds are looking nice and working hard for you. Just work out that N problem so you have a little available to them. Being there is no N left in your soil the plant is now eating its self to keep the N stable.

You have to ph especially when using foxfarms. Fox farms will drop the ph big time. And soil grows need to be between 6 or 7.

That may not be the issue. I would just make sure I adjust it. Get some strips or the drops. I stopped using my digital meter awhile ago. Soil does not need to be exact. Simple is better :blsmoke:
 
Which of the foxfarms has the greatest amount of N? I look at the front of the packages for the NPK and they all show that they have alot of N in it... but apparently not enough for my plants.. is there any way to boost the N up?
 
Fox Farms "GRO BIG" is packed with N in it. If you can pick up some of that you will be set. Your plants may just be fine if you keep up your feeding of tigar bloom and big bloom. You still have a lot of green in the leaves.
 
I give it nearly 800PPM's worth of grow big every feeding.. this is the major 1 of my nutes that I use throughout the whole cycle...

Could it be that I watered with pure 000ppm rain water this last water (no nutes)? I have only watered these babies maybe 6 times during their entire life... as a newbie i tried not to over water but in fact i believe i am under watering...

I water with nutes, water without, water with, water without.. etc etc
 
yea,if you only watered your plants 6 times of its life then lack of N is what you got,should water atleast 3-4 times in a 7 day period.you realy want to stay on track with plants in soil:blsmoke:
 
Any suggestions on when to water and how much...

when i feed using nutes i mix up a few gallons on nutrient water in a bucket. I will let this sit for the week until its all used up with my plants. Should i make fresh nute water each feeding? or is it okay to leave the xtra water sitting in my bucket for a week?

When its time to water with nutes i usually put the whole plant in a big bowel and give it 2 cups of water which drenches it until there is a puddle of water sitting in the bowel... then i reuse that water on the next plant plus i add some more nutrient water... i do this with all 3 plants and give the remaining water left over in the bowel to my cactus

when i water with pure rain water i usually just soak the top half of the plant and dont allow much water to run thru the bottom of the bag

any suggestions or advise?

Never use your runoff water to water your plants with. That shit is PACKED with slat build up. Thats like eating a bucket of grease fresh off the grill. It will kill you slowly.

Also, elavate your pot so it is not sitting in the runoff water. That is no good as it wicks up the high salt content that has built up in them. Everything other than that sounds good. If I where you I would give them a light flush (about 1 gal per gal of dirt) with pure water to wash them out then add a full dose of your nutes. This should bring them back to the correct nutrition level and you should see a change in about 4-5 days..
 
The droopiness has stopped adn the leaves are perking back up.. ill go flush them now with that extra pure rain water... then mix up a new batch of nutes .... my current batch is almost empty and has more of the nutes needed for veg then for flowering.. so i need a new batch anyways

I put my plants on netpots to keep them above the run off water. Then, I flushed them with pure 005ppm & 6.0pH rain water... the runoff water was 1250ppm & 5.4pH

Im about to make a new batch of nute water and will post the info as soon as its done
 
so ive made my nute water and its 1500ppm and 5.3 ph... i put in 500ppm of grow big, 100ppm big bloom, 350ppm of tiger bloom, 200ppm of something else, and the rest is cha ching to give a grand total of 1500 ppms... i let it sit for an hour to make sure everything is disolved.. and now im going to water my plants and check the ph of the run off
 
Nice work greenearth5. Now just sit back and let them recover for a few days. You should see good signs of it taking in the nutes again within 3-5 days.
