long story short i was gone had my roommate take care of em simple instructions!!! im sure this is a nute burn i flushed them 2 days ago and was wondering if there is anything special i should do to ensure its survival...

Yeah, that's a nasty nute burn. Except for flushing and maybe laying off the nutes for several days, not much else you can do.
 
haha ya i will next time.. also will this mess up the plant later in life? also how long should i wait to put it into flowering.

The damage has been done, but the plant survived, so there are no problems to occur in the future due to this burn.

It's best to wait until you have 4-6 internodes or til you see some preflowers. Don't forget strong indicas double their size while pure sativa quadruple it during flowering.
