yellowing all the way from center

greetings to all,
this is my first post in here and actually last chance...
i am searching for my problem by looking almost all the threads in order not to bother you, but i couldn't find any solutions...

i am an outdoor grower for years and i'm smoking my pretty decent stuff happily. this year i decided to go indoors early in the season in order to veg my plants until may and starting clones for the summer until they are ready to to be given at the hands of mother nature :)

i've never encountered such a problem until this time.
i always start my seedlings under fluorescent tubes and plant them out when they are ready. (pic #1)

now i set up a small room for vegging using four 24w 1440lm, 6500k cool white cfl bulbs, there is no ph problem, measuring 6,2 after adding 20-20-20 fert, and i'm using organic potting soil (mixed with perlite and other stuff says on the package actually it's says torf) well i'm using this soil for a long time and it didn't bring any problems) anyway,
here's my problem;
after i've transplanted my babies to pots and put them under the cfls they start yellowing from the center with the new growing leaves and the older leaves stay green and i guess the plants stopped growing.
since i've been searching grow faqs i found out that it could be zinc or iron defficiency but i'm not sure so i need some advice if anyone encountered such a thing.
btw as a last thing; i have an extra space to add two more bulbs and i'm thinking of adding two 2700k bulbs near those four 6500ks does anybody have an idea that will help growing.
thanks to all who are interested...
happy growing.
