my indica 1 month old plant is showing signs of nitrogen deficiency in the lower leaves and middle leaves....and it happened 2 days after watering.

Should I fert now even though it is not due for another watering for 2 days?

Nope. Wait it out.

Overwatering does more harm than good, and can introduce other deficiencies.

I agree, it may be overwatering that is causing the nitrogen deficiency and a plant shouldn't be watered according to a timetable, it should be watered when needed.
