Sorry pal all new to this.....
Organic soil... 13 days old. 400w light.
Lights on... Between 24/32 humidity 40/50
Just started on pro xl nutrients grow a/b
If I've missed anything please let me know

It's a bio mix light mix.... What I was recommended from the shop.
I don't know what you mean by amended with. Feel very stupid sorry. I'm not even a smoker nor is this for profit it's just to try and help with pain relief and anxiety.
It's 15 days today since germination.
It's also a photoperiod

Overwatered but a good job so far otherwise. 400 watt what? LED or HID?

yes its a old leave could be consequence of watering too frequently
with small plants repoted in big pots like yours they are pretty sensitive at the beginning
after transplanting its fine to let a good dry back before watering again
but what is important is your new leaves
they are fine
good color
it will be fine

It's actually been in that pot from germination so I can imagine it will be very sensitive like you say.
Shall I leave it to dry back properly now then before next water??
Shall I also take off those leaves that are discoloured...... The new ones are great looking and starting to slightly smell already
