yellow spots on lower leaves (urgenttt....)

hi guys
this is my 1 month old plant, not sure what strain it is, where i leave d quality of ganja is really bad,so i decided to grow some myself...but the problem is tat i cant even order seeds online, so im just stock with d shitty seeds that i could find in my stash...

a week ago these yellow spots started appearing,i did some research and find out that its from nutrient....so gave her some fertilizer yesterday....
the top leaves are very healthy looking but eventually there all getting the spots as it grows...i think..
so can u help me to knw, whats the problem and what can i do to fix it....

im not really sure about my PH...im using drinking water bottles to water them....i should get a PH-meter soon...
olryt....will give it a try tmrw....how much salt am i suppose to add to let say 1 litter of water???

Looks wet and yes. tsp to a gallon.
