Yellow Spots Not Nute Burn

I have an indoor plant that has started getting yellow spots on some of the leaves. I thought it was nute burn, so i tried to flush it, that didnt work, i just ended up with some signs of overwatering. SO im guesing that it could be heat stress. anyone have any suggestions????
