Hey growers, was hoping someone could point me in the rite direction as to what this is?

Pulled a nug, that I seen had some sort of pollen looking mould.

I pulled the nug apart and it was green an normal. But on the surface of some of them ,there’s that yellow pollen looking stuff. No herms or seeds or anything.

it looks worse than what it is , coz I’ve been touching it loads. I found a small bit of rot on another plant , but that was it , I know what bud rot is ,and can see it a mile away ,but unsure of this.

That yellow bit in the middle looks like a hermie pollen sack. & if you’ve found a little bud rot its generally a sign that there is or will be (probably tomorrow) more bud rot & should definitely harvest & break the buds down as soon as possible. More rot is almost guaranteed

It can also be just tiny yellowed leaf or nanner. There is also one yellow dot in the middle of the bud and top right corner there is open polen sac caught on camera when falling out the bud. Nice shot BTW

Hey mate, ye I’ve been checking ova quite a bit and haven’t seen any more mold or rot.

I Jst can’t seem to get my head around these lil yellow specs. There’s not much, but made me concerned. I’ve been googling the house down and tryna figure out what it is.

that yellow bit you said was a nana , Jst a yellow leaf.

‘Nannas’ are hermie pollen sacks

Haha , nah there’s no nanners guys honestly. All the plants are yellowing off hard ,it’s just the leafs. It’s those yellow specks that I’m concerned with.

I see it. Its just next to the mold. Its too big to be pollen…

Do you have a magnifier or microscope? Could be some kind of aspergillus mold. It's different from botrytis, under magnification it looks like little puff balls on very tiny stems...

Edit: yeah in the second pic you posted there is some grey cobweb mold (likely botrytis) right next to the specks. Definitely mold, sorry for your loss...

Yup, been there... I have a theory that sometimes the nanners are stuck down inside the bud for so long after forming, they die and start to decompose, and that's where the mold gets started

Edit: dead/dying leaves inside the bud will definitely 100% lead to mold, nothing you can do about that except try to keep them from dying in the first place

Your first paragraph sounds logical actually. That could be it. It’s really hard to keep humidity down, been raining for the last 3 weeks. Thanks for your help mate.
