Yellow lower leaves, some with brown, others with clear leaf matter.

I've been looking around and can't exactly figure out what is wrong. My soil is at ph 7 and my water is a little acidic. I came home yesterday and found this: They're three different plants.

I use straight water with a ph of 6.7-7. The soil has FF Light warrior, Ocean Forrest, Perlite, Worm Castings, Dolpomite, Mexican and Jamacian Bat Guana, it has Hummus, and a few other small ingredients. It's fairly similar and based off of Supercool's Supersoil. I check the soil Ph with a two pronged tester, and run some neutral water over the soil and test it with a water Ph tester as well.

Does your water have chlorine in it? I wouldnt trust the soil tester, they can get screwed up by organic matter.
In the first pic there is a spot on your leaf that looks like it came from watering, did you water with plain water or with nuted water?

Yeah I use tap water and let it stand for 3 days with air pumping through it. And the first pic is just straight water

I'm wanting to say the second two are caused heat stress due to poor air circulation, I didn't have a fan really blowing on that back corner until now. The other one I would say is because of water droplets on the leaf and a 600w light 12" from it. If these make sense let me know, and thanks even if you just read this far.
