i have a fan that has a little yellow light on it anyways that light was on all night during my dark cycle will it hurt my plants. thank you

Typically green is the safe color ... so in your case maybe so and maybe not. One night should not have any effect. i had my HPS come on at 1am (middle of dark cycle) for 30 min two nights in a row, and ... so far so good. cn

I have little red lights on my power strip, and also on a plug in my grow tent.
I duct taped that shit up. Took a couple layers, but it worked well.

I'mma put duct tape on the moon if I plant outdoors this year.
That amount of light will not trigger vegetative growth, cause your plants to herm or make the plant think it's anything but bed time, don't worry.
The light has zero strength behind that plastic and the distance that it would throw usable light, even without the plastic over it, would be inches.
Cover it with electrical tape if it makes you sleep better, but you're fine either way.

Should I throw my duct tape away and go buy electrical tape?
Come on, who care what kind of tape was used...
And even if the light is not strong enough, a couple slices of tape regardless of kind of tape is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

its kind of more of a light yellow then anything. i put tape over it so i wont have the problem again hopefully. thanks for your help
