yellow leaves with brown around edges

sorry for posting this as I know there is probly a post here somewhere that could answer my question. but here is a pic of the leaf, it was just on my fan leafs, the rest look great.
I water 2 times a week or when the soil is dry, usually fert at the same time, they been doing good for 4 weeks, it may just be old leaf.

looks nute burn only feed once a month in veggie till you change to flower mode then change your nutes to blooming nutes and feed as directed

they are in their 1st week of flowering, an ya I think i over did it with the nutes, I am going to cut back to once a week like it says, reason I was doing 2 times a week with nutes, a friend was watering with nutes 2 times a week but I dont think he used as much as I did. I did run clean water through all them this time with out nutes, I am using super bloom. the plants are 16 weeks old, big girls lol, just dont want to fuk up things now ya know, thanks for ya feedback

found more that are turning, should I cut them off, they are dead anyways right?
