yellow leaves frist timer

i really need help im a virgin to growing but iv done ok till now my new young leaves are turning yellow and i dont no why i water every 2-3 days depending on how dry the top is iv been watering with water 1 and feed the next im useing bio-grow npk-8.0-2.0-6.0 it says 2-4ml per liter iv been puting 2.5ml per liter and have them on a 18/6.400hps.my ph is about 7.5 in the soil but dont no how good the reading is i got a3in1 light moister and ph reader shit i think.PLEASE HELP! put pic on.

new growth always appears yellow and then greens up in a few days.

no worries. if you see no sign of improvement or it gets worse come back in 7days with new pic.
