Yellow Leaves during Flowering

i am 40 days into flowering and my baby is coming along great. HOwever, on the larger branches that have just one big leaf ( not the ones that are budding, they're doing fine) are turning yellow and dying. Im pretty sure this is OK but i was wondering if I should trim the leaves or wait for them to fall of on their own

personally, i would wait for another day or two then clip it. i've heard diffrent oppinions on that toppic. my synopsis is the plant is moving its nutrients from the leaf to the growing buds. although its not a necessity, any little bit helps right?! dont worry though, its perfectly normal for the leafs to slowly die off in the final stages of its life cycle. i never let leaves completly die and fall off on thier own, although i have heard people say its good practice to leave them on. i will however wait until the leaf changes colors between 50-75% before clipping it. my reasoning is the plant will concentrate more on the final developement of the buds, also getting most the nutrients out of the leaves, and less energy on preperation of dying leaves. just my opinion though.... id say its a judgement call. -good luck-

agreed!! as it changes colors its transfering nutes correct?? i as well trim discolored leaves but wait till they are aleast 50% changed.

I let them fall off or wait until they are fully dead. The plant is moving nutes out the leaves and these nutes are energy the plant is really on IMO. but it's all up to the grower either wat
