Yellow leaves and drooping

Have 2 plants in big pot one is green with the white hairs all over it its doing good the bigger one which is my profile pic is got yellow leaves the buds are thin and the white hairs are now amber i know it aint the dirt or water because the other one gets the same everything should i see what happens or pull it cut my loses first time grow need some real growers advice
 
What size is the pot? The stronger rooted plant can outcompete the other plant.
Or a PH imbalance or nutrient deficiency if the weaker one eats more.

Taking shots in the dark without pics but that's the advice I would give a friend without seeing his garden
