Yellow leaves and brown edges - Calling Dr. House--uana!

But yeah, first time grower here guys. I think I made the mistake of moving my seedling out to an intense sun (I live on the equator) and letting it out for half a day. When I got it, it was wilting - possible burning? I'm using some slow release nutrient earth, watering only when dry, not sure what the pH is. Any tips for a newbie guys? Much appreciated, thanks a lot.

ok few things.

your soil llooks like poop. get some vermiculite/perlite next time, mix it in at 1 part to 3 parts soil, or more.
outside is great! but not under an intense sun that small, small plants like some shade. at that size if i had to go outside, id get a screen, or something, and give it 1/2 sunlight, theres a screen you can buy for porches/patios that let light in, but not too much, thats perfect.
next, your yellowing looks like nitrogen deficiency, but since you dont know what the pH is, i wouldnt add nitrogen, id go buy a pH kit first (any pet store, 20 bucks). also while your there get the pH6.5 buffer and plant booster for fish tanks. (5-10 bucks each). great buys. the buffer you add to your water+nutrients. and the plant booster contains no NPK, but has all the trace elements plants want and need, sometimes these are hard to get in actual fertilizer containers, atleast all of them

Yes the soil and pot are no good bro. You are overwatering or the pot and that sludge mix is hanging onto water for too long causing the seedling to be deficient.

Thanks for the input guys, appreciate it. Should I transfer it to better soil? They don't sell pH kits here, I'll have to order it online.
