yellow cotyledons

I am growing jock horror under 250 HPS + 4 26 watt 6500k CFL. I am 2 weeks from sprout the cotyledons have started to yellow is this normal? im using a waterfarm with hydrotron and GH flora series nutes 1/2 Recirculation schedule. I dont have a EC PPM meter. Yes I should invest but its tough living in these times.

over-watering In my opinion.

yellowing is normal.... but not that much. Honestly ive notcied that seedlings really need a watering like 1 time a week.

could also be a good thing as the true leaves arent yellowing it may just be the plant doesnt need the cotyledons anymore and can produce its own clorophil, cud be to do with alot of light
