1 - fil7 you should start a garden journal for us to fallow.
2 - flowers on a pepper plant that are dieing off when pollinated is a good thing but it could meen lack of light.

I wouldnt worry about it too much as its not uncommon for chilli`s to dump the first set of flowers.
23C (74F) is fine for chilli plants. As long as the plant looks healthy i`d just leave it be and wait for more flower stems to appear.

could I chance potting on while the plant is in flower only thing I can think of in a flower bucket know do I go bigger??cheers fil

Are they in containers or in the ground?
What are your night time temps? .... if the temps are too low at night they will also drop flowers , as will eggplant
