Yellow/brown leaves and drooping

Hi, this is my first grow at 4th week of veg growing Nirvana Pure Power Plant and i ran in to some problems at second week with the ph being too high. I think i fixed it after a transplant and i've been checking the runoff ph and it's at about 7 or less. Using the ghe drop tester.

The plants have always been a bit a droopy and now the leaves are turning yellowish/brown at the tips. Some say i'm overwatering, but i usually try if the soil is dry at 2 inches deep before watering. Could be that the bottom is still wet though dunno.

-Temps: 80f

-Soil: A finnish brand recommended by some growers with 30% leca

-Nutes: bio bizz alg-a-mic and bio-grow. I gave them bio grow 2ml per 1,5l at 3rd week, but was afraid to give them more because of the problems.

Here's some pics:

Plant on the left is topped and the other one fimmed.

What do you think guys?

im a total amatuer , but it looks to me like they have been overwatered (saggy) and that they have nute burn.
Flush them with just water. If you think they can handel it , put them in a bigger pot.
Let them dry out , and reduce the nutes ( maybe try half the recomended dose ) and then wait for them to recover.
