Seedlings 24 to 30", veg 18 to 24" and flower 12 to 18" is usually how led handles. Obviously always exceptiins and some lights are better/stronger but thats a good place to start.

In soil, you definatley need to let the pot get lite before watering again. Thats why i like coco. Hard to overwater. Don't water again u till you can pit your finger in the dirt and its dry down to your first knuckle. When you do wayer again pick up the pot right away to get a feel of it being heavy. Than you can learn when its dry just by picking it up.

Transplant out of it. I don't like soil myself as im only indoors. Leads to more pests, over watering and nutes because you have no control over initial soil nutes. I would def get so good coco and get them in it. Soil is a proven comodity but you cant put seedlings in hot soil or they die. You either gotta cut it or grow in almost no nute medium till established. Coco you feed what you want from the day they pop up so you can increase or decrease the moment you need to.

You can def use it but maybe they need to grow bigger in less nutes till they can handle the soil you have.

Maybe the peat moss is too much
I’ve never used it but it seems like it wouldn’t drain well
