Xtrasun grow green house light?????

does anyone know anything about these lights will they work both MH and hps the reason im asking i found some ballast for 35 dollars plus 35 shipping so 70 all together would it be worh getting these then making my own hood or buying a hood...or just buying an Apollo Horticulture...or ipower system? here is a pic

I have used several of these in 1000 w hps form. The one in the image is s 600w hps. The mh/hps version has a switch. I paid $80 for mine used so your price is fair if it has a warranty of some sort like 60 day money back.
