x4 hlg 550 v2 in a 10x10 tent

I have two 10x10 gorilla grow tents that I bought awhile ago with the intention on using I have just been so busy that I never got around to it. I finally am able to get everything set up and started. I have just been debating what kind of lights to use in the grow tent. I was thinking about doing 4 1000w hps in like raptor air cooled hoods, but then I came across these quantum boards and it seems like it might be a good route to go. I have done some research but have not came across much about these lights in a tent. I prefer to grow in an actual tent. Not really concerned with how much the lights cost either. Just wondering how efficient they would be in lighting a 10x10 tent.

I am in Arizona and it gets pretty hot. I can throw an AC in either the tent or the room if I do hps but I am not sure if I would even need it with the quantum boards
