Around 200w of CFL in a tiny box with a mesh in it, soil is organic, bought liquid nutrien for the end flowering

Guys, little help.
My lady is 34 days old, getting big, no worries, scrog mesh will take care.The problem is, I dont see preflowers yet.Feeding her half a doze nitrogen fert, couple burns here and there on lower leaves, no problems.
Does that look like preflowers to you.

Should I start bloom nutes, switch to 12/12 to force flower her? I'm running out of space vertical, but plenty horizontal.No scrubber for smell, which is a no-no.

Box is small, forgot dimensions, intake,outtake, 120w spread cfl, white walls and aluminium reflective metal on top and one of the sides.Ordered 100 watter but didn't came yet, and probably won't so that's what would get me to the end.
