WW 250watt CFL grow, 56 days into flowering I got pics and I got questions

Yeah crazed, I thought my "sickly" plant didnt look too bad for a first grow, and CFL's have definitely impressed the fuck outta me. I came on here, asked a few pertinent and logical questions and get few answers and a "meh" so whatever.
 
agreed i kept mine really close to and moved every day if needed. maybe a bit more light on the next ones but it still looks good

Ok so now that most people think my plant looks like hell maybe some "expert" here can explain what I did wrong, but first let me explain what I did NOT do wrong. I have 248 watts of CFL light always within 3 inches of the plant in a 2'X4'X4' white plastic grow tent. I watered when the soil dried, never had a pest problem, kept an air circulating fan on while the lights were on and exhausted the stale air. The temperature was always within 72-80 degrees, and I never yanked off a fan leaf. If you respond, please don't tell me ridiculous crap like "heat stress".
 
I've never had an issue with CFLS not giving enough light. If you have the correct lumens per plant (wattage dont mean shit, its all about lumens) and know how to fertilizer/treat your plant theres no issues what so ever. I'm leaning more towards bad genetics and not proper nutrients were given to them at critical times during flowering. During early flower you need HIGH nitrogen fert. something like 40-10-10. @ 3 to 5 weeks should switch to something 10-50-10 and then 5-7 weeks 0-50-25.

I use organic molasses literally every watering because it provides glucose to the plant (during flowering it makes the calyxs swell up a bunch)

My setup uses a 150W broad spec, and a 150W red spec bulb. Area of 25 inches wide, 4 feet deep 6 feet tall. With the walls covered in Mylar, and then reflector hood on the broad spec and a homemade reflector on the red spec.

Yeah I hear ya bro, I'm a noob too so I came here looking for answers and unfortunately either nobody wants to help or the "experts" aren't as expert as they think they are LOL (but thanks anyway)
