Jason Russell the founder of the Kony 2012 activist campaign, Invisible Children and co-producer of the Kony 2012 video was caught masturbating in public, vandalizing cars and running around San Diego in his underwear. He is was hospitalized under suspicion of drug abuse and will most likely face charges. WTF?????
