Wtf? struggling plant... w/ good pics

This is a seedling that was put in the soil about 3 days ago and did just fine the first day and lots of progress within 12 hours, but yesterday and today it's been really droopy and sad looking. I watered it when I first put it in soil, and I watered it yesterday when I noticed it was droopy. The soil was very dry and fluffy - even at the bottom of the cup near the drainage holes. Any suggestions?

the soil looks really dry. it's easy to over water though so be careful.
