WTF kind of bug is this?? Pictures

Can anyone tell me what these things are? I have some flying nats in the air. And these things are all over my plants, in my vegging hut and in my flower room. They have wings. Are they nat larvae? I have some glittery looking spots all over my leaves as well which i suspect they are responsible for. These things look like mini hornets. Help me out please. Thanks!

i bet they are nat larvae... 9 times out of 10 the easiest way to get rid of bugs is to dry your soil COMPLETELY and that should get rid of them.

id say either thrips, fungus gnats, or maybe whiteflies

Perhaps I should mention that i'm growing in hydroponics...so if these are what you guys think what would you recommend to get rid of em?

hydro? you will love this stuff... it kills the larvae safe for the plants. trust me

i found out about it many moons ago when i had a ghetto ass dwc in an old barn i just couldnt get airtight for nothin and the bugs loved the lights.......
