WTF is wrong with me?

I have no clue what is wrong but basically I've germinated about 30-40 seedlings. My issue is that my plants after 3-4 weeks look NOTHING like pictures that I've seen. Mine are SO much smaller, etc. that it's not even funny. I've done a TON of reading here so please do not think the case is that I'm uninformed. Here are the details.

Soil - Fox Farm's Happy Frog
Container - quart size (I know they are not rootbound)
Light - 400w MH, 12" or less away..
Lighting - 24/0
Water - reverse osmosis H20
Temps - between 65 and 80
walls are covered w/ white poly and I have a fan blowing on plants

Now I know previously I had been overwatering but I've fixed that and water about every 4 days now. The plants are not overheated because the light is air cooled etc.

I'm just perplexed as to why I constantly see these pics of people's plants at 4 weeks and mine are NOWHERE near that size. Thanks for any help...

first just chill and dont for one second beleive some of the photos you see people posting are real.most are completely fake.theres a few people posting pics of 2/3 week old sprouts that are clearly not true.just look on another website and you will get a feel for whats real and whats bullshit.i have grown all different(soil)ways using different lights and set ups and different strains/seeds.if you can get me some pics i will advise you as best i can.i cant tell you any other advice without pics but feel free to ask any questions.
