Wtf is up with my plant

I would go with light burn than as I had the 600w light in for veg and it was way way to hot so I had to put budding light in , all my other mates use this all the way through so shouldn't see why it would be a problem , I also must have a lot of humidity in the air because put a bowl of water in late afternoon yesterday and today it was gone
 
HID lights will cause that water to evaporate relatively quickly. My cool-running LEDs even causes runoff to evaporate in under a day.
 
Might be dumb question but how do I keep the humidity down ? , it was going perfect with my cooltube light , but that's currently vegging 4 white widows that are looking extremely sad from chemical burn ,

Dehumidifier, keeping proper ventilation after watering, etc.
