Time to increase something....my guess is cal/mag preferably magnesium. Also verify ph pen/run off is on point

I looked in your journal trying to see how long they've been in flower, 12/12. Can't nail it down, possibly I am missing it

There autos so never switched to 12/12 but they were showing pre flowers around 20 odd days so they have been flowering for about 3-4 weeks or so.

Well I thought it might be nute burned so I flushed each with 9 gallons of water. Should I redose nutes again?
