i was lookin at my newly sprouted seeds, 4 days old and i seen some green shit in the soil wtf was that i need help fast

It might be mold or a moss. I have seen this when they are too wet and staying damp. How often are you watering?

i have no digital camera or scanner or anything of ther sort so i cant post any pics but i been watering every 2 days althought i havetn really been payin attention i been to excited bout my first grow im going to switch it to maybe every 3 days or every 3 ½ days maybe evn 4 im not sure

Just keep the soil moist, put your finger down in the soil about three inches to see if there is still water present in the soil. That should be a good and inexpensive rule to follow

Keep in mind that this might work for him, but you might have different pot sizes, heat temps, size plants... This will all influence the amount of times you water you plants. Water to what you think is efficient but watch the way your pants react.
