WTF is going on with my plant!?!?

So my plants have been flowering for like 12 weeks here are some pics. Look at the one on the right it has shot up all this new growth on the main cola and all the other buds. What made it do this?

look like it might be hermie`n on ya bro , does ya lights flicker or mess up or anything? might be due to that
 
in pic 2 that rope growth is a sign of heat stress. in pic 3 those single blade leaves are a sign of your plant reverting back to veg. its quite possible you have a light leak from somewhere....

Any reason in particular why you are flowering for so long?
