Burnt up which probably forced nute lock. Hence your plants showing deficiencies and nute burn.

Pretty obvious sign of burn, wether it is nute burn or light burn I have no clue but these are things you should just kind of have a grasp on.

Common sense would tell you that once the burn started to probably stop what your doing.

its close to being done should i even flush if the nutes are locked out?

If growing organically, the answer is No. There it's no flushing just let her finish out

Querkle is super sensitive to nutrients and is easy to over feed.
Do you ph your water/solution?
